Sustainable Procurement
Stable Procurement of Raw Materials
We use a variety of naturally derived materials including starch. Therefore, our products are affected by fluctuations in harvest volume due to climate change and fluctuations in market prices due to changes in the supply-demand balance.
To secure the volume necessary for manufacturing, we procure starch, the main raw material, from various crops and locations. This helps to minimize the impact on procurement prices due to the market changes. In addition, we work to cooperate with our suppliers to ensure sustainable procurement activities and maintain a stable supply chain.
