Process to Identify Materiality

In FY2019, we identified four materialities through SDG-oriented discussions between the management and young and mid-level employees about what we should do and what we can work toward for 2030.

Understanding the SDGs and identifying challenges surrounding us while implementing GRI standards.

Mapping and prioritizing issues that have been identified with two perspectives: importance to society and importance to Nagase Viita.

The materiality identified in Step 2 is discussed and decided upon at the Board of Directors’ meeting.
