Notice Regarding Merger with Fukui Yamada Chemical Co., Ltd. and Establishment of Fukui Plant

Effective April 1st, 2026, Nagase ChemteX Corporation has completed an absorption-type merger with its subsidiary, Fukui Yamada Chemical Co., Ltd., and has commenced operations at our newly established Fukui Plant.

This merger is being implemented as part of the integration of the NAGASE Group's chemical businesses announced on May 21, 2024. By consolidating the chemical resources within the NAGASE Group into our company, we aim to pursue strategic business development through high-level decision-making, driving further growth and expansion of our chemical-related businesses.
