Notice Regarding Merger with Fukui Yamada Chemical Co., Ltd.

Nagase ChemteX Corporation hereby announces that it has decided to merge with its subsidiary, Fukui Yamada Chemical Co., Ltd., through an absorption-type merger, effective April 1, 2026 (scheduled).

This merger is being implemented as part of the integration of the NAGASE Group's chemical businesses announced on May 21, 2024.
By consolidating the chemical resources within the NAGASE Group into our company, we aim to pursue strategic business development through high-level decision-making, driving further growth and expansion of our chemical-related businesses.
