Transfer of Inkron Oy, Developer and Manufacturer of Functional Materials for Optical Devices
Nagase & Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Hiroyuki Ueshima) and Nagase ChemteX Corporation (Head Office: Nishi-ku, Osaka; Representative Director, President: Yoshiyuki Morita) will transfer all shares of optical device functional material developer and manufacturer Inkron Oy (Head Office: Finland), a group company under Nagase ChemteX Corporation to Radiant Opto‑Electronics Corporation (Head Office: Taiwan), an electronics parts manufacturer in Taiwan, for 1.035 billion yen.
