Nagase Viita has been certified by the Japan Sports Agency as a “Sports Yell Company” for the fourth consecutive year, recognizing its continued commitment to employee health and well-being.
The company has identified “Contributing to Increasing Health and Life Expectancy” and “Improving Employee Engagement” as key material issues. Based on the belief that employee health is an invaluable asset, Nagase Viita promotes health and productivity management through initiatives that support employee well-being.
Ongoing efforts, including the “Health Challenge” program and support for employee club activities, contributed to this year’s certification. In 2026, the company further expanded its initiatives by introducing a “Health Challenge Declaration” and adding new challenge categories, making it easier for employees to engage in a wider range of physical activities and take a more proactive approach to their health.
