Effective April 1st, 2025, as part of the integration of the NAGASE Group’s chemical-related businesses, Nagase Viita Co., Ltd. has transferred its functional dyes business (Fujita Plant) to Nagase ChemteX Corporation.
The purpose of this integration is to maximize and streamline the use of management resources by consolidating the chemical assets within the NAGASE Group into Nagase ChemteX, thereby driving further growth and the expansion of our chemical-related businesses.
Nagase Viita will remain focused on the biotech business, delivering products that enrich people’s lives through nature-powered manufacturing, to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
