Hayashibara has been certified in the Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program 2024 (Large Enterprise Category) by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council, which selects companies that implement excellent health and productivity management practices.
We have set “Contributing to Increasing Health and Life Expectancy” and “Improving Employee Engagement” as our materiality (Agenda in Focus). We are practicing “Health and Productivity Management,” in which we consider employee health management from a managerial perspective and take initiatives to maintain and promote good health.
In March 2024, the Sports Agency recognized us as a “Sports Yell Company 2024” for our efforts, such as holding live web seminars on healthy exercises, supporting club activity expenses, and implementing radio calisthenics.
We will continue to make a concerted effort to improve the health of our employees by promoting sports activities and enhancing lifestyles through sports.
