A second interview article has been published on Oseru Shokuba Lab, a web media platform, featuring Nagase Viita Co., Ltd.’s “Fostering Initiative” training program for new employees, conducted by the Research, Technology & Value Creation Division.
In the first article, the focus was on the changes in mindset and personal growth observed among the seven new employees who participated in the program. This follow-up article reports on the final presentations, in which the new employees analyzed organizational challenges and put forward their own proposals.
