Continuing from the previous year, Nagase Viita has been certified in the Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations Recognition Program 2024 (Large Enterprise Category) by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council. This program selects companies that implement excellent health and productivity management practices. The certification is valid until March 31, 2025.
Since FY2021, we have been practicing “Health and Productivity Management,” in which we consider employee health management from a managerial perspective and take initiatives to maintain and promote good health.
We will continue to make a concerted effort to improve the health of our employees by disseminating Health and Productivity Management practices and improving their lifestyle habits.
