Reducing long working hours

We keep track of our employees' working hours and internally disclose the overtime hours in each department. In addition, to curb overwork, the Human Resources Section issues an alarm to employees who are approaching the overtime limit and guides improvements.
Furthermore, from the perspective of employee safety considerations, when a certain number of consecutive work days are reached, in addition to alert notifications on the work schedule screen, employees are encouraged to secure their days off.

Labor-management relations

Our labor-management relations are stable and positive, with smooth discussions taking place as we work together to resolve issues.
