Nagase & Co., Ltd. will consolidate its food materials businesses into a new structure, Nagase Food Solutions Co., Ltd., to further strengthen its sales operations and solution capabilities.
As part of this reorganization, this new structure will be formed by consolidating the food materials sales operations of the following three companies.
Nagase Sanbio Co., Ltd. will change its name to Nagase Food Solutions Co., Ltd. and transition its entire business to the new structure in July 2026.
Nagase & Co., Ltd. and Nagase Viita Co., Ltd. will integrate their respective food materials sales departments into Nagase Food Solutions Co., Ltd.
Nagase Viita’s relevant business units are scheduled to join in October 2026.
