Notice regarding change in representative director (change of president)
Nagase ChemteX Corporation (Head office: 1-1-17 Shinmachi, Nishi-ku, Osaka; President and CEO: Satoru Fujii) announces that at an extraordinary board meeting held on January 22, 2025, it was decided to appoint a new representative director effective April 1, 2025.
Details of change：
Newly appointed President and CEO: Yoshiyuki Morita (currently a director of Nagase ChemteX Corporation / Manager of the NAGASE Biotech Office and Manager of the CEO Office , Corporate Planning Division, Nagase & Co., Ltd.)
In addition, the current President and CEO, Satoru Fujii will step down from his position as a director of Nagase ChemteX Corporation on March 31, following a resolution passed at an extraordinary board meeting held on January 22.
