01 What is an Easily dismantlable adhesive?

An adhesive containing a special structure that maintains strong bonding performance under normal operating conditions but allows for disassembly and removal with minimal damage to substrates when removal is desired. Easily dismantlable adhesive enables separation of bonded materials from finished products or defective items during manufacturing processes, thereby promoting recycling and reuse.

02 Process of Peeling and Disassembling

After disassembly, clean substrates can be recovered without adhesive residue

Disassembly Mechanism

The disassembly solution contains components that cleave disulfide bonds. When substrates bonded with the Easily dismantlable adhesive are immersed, bond rearrangement occurs and the connections are severed. Once rearrangement takes place, regenerative components restore the disassembly solution to its active state. The regenerated solution then continues to cleave additional disulfide bonds. Through this repeated process of shortening molecular chains, the Easily dismantlable adhesive becomes increasingly soluble in the disassembly solution solvent.
