Sales Administrator

Job Description

  • Support Sales team (documents, stock,delivery,claims)
  • Co work with supplirs&customers for the operations smoothly
  • Registration new customers, vendors, items
  • Support in regulations, operation workflow, etc

Qualification

  • Aged not over than 30 Years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree any related field.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Sales coordinator for international trading company.
  • Have knowledge in Stock Management.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good team-player with good attitude.

Job Description

  • Coordinate with sales team and others.

  • Handle Import & Export shipment.  
  • Contact Vendor, Warehouse, Logistic company for arranging delivery to customers.
  • Monitor customers' shipment status.

Qualification

  • 2-3 years in the field of Import-export, Logistic, Freight forward, Sales Coordinator or related field.
  • Work experience in a trading company would be an advantage.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Have a team-playing attitude
