Denatron is a coating based on PEDOT:PSS, an electrically conductive polymer. It is clear and its surface resistivity can be easily adjusted, so it can offer antistatic benefits in applications such as those below.

Transparent electrical component trays for semiconductor materials, etc.

Trays with carbon black kneaded into them are often used for electrical components, but because they become black, it can be difficult to see what they contain.
There are transparent surfactant-based antistatic agents, but they lose effectiveness when the humidity level is low, and there are concerns about the possibility of adverse effects of ion bleeding on components.
Denatron is based on PEDOT:PSS, so there is no need to worry about coloring or bleeding.

Prevents misalignment due to static charge when creating components made by applying layers of transparent film

When making components out of multiple layers of film, if the films have the same charge, the repellent force between them can cause misalignment, so antistatic measures must be taken.

Optical film for use in products such as displays

Optical film requires a high level of transparency, which makes Denatron a perfect fit.
It can be used to prevent dust from adhering to film during the manufacturing process, and after manufacturing is complete, can help prevent devices from malfunctioning due to external static electricity or electromagnetic waves.

Protective film for displays and electronic components

When antistatic measures are not used on protective film, peeling the film rapidly can generate a static electric charge, which can be rapidly discharged in the direction of the device, causing it to malfunction or even break. Denatron, with its excellent static elimination mechanism based on stable electronic conduction, is perfect for applications like these.
