Bipolaron

It is also called dication, a state in which two polarons are generated.
As the doping rate of the conjugated polymer increases, the polaron is replaced by a bipolaron state, which further improves conductivity. As the doping rate increases further, the bipolaron disappears and a metallic state is formed.
