Dry processes
"Dry Processes" is also called "Dry coating". A method of depositing a film on a substrate by evaporating or sublimating a substance to the molecular or atomic level.
Sputtering used to deposit ITO and inorganic oxides is a typical example. It is expensive as it requires specialized equipment, but it can create thin and strong films.
