Carrier tapes

Tape used for transporting and storing electronic components such as semiconductors and microchips (IC chips). The tape has indentations at regular intervals to accommodate components and can be cut to any size. Because it is used to transport precision components, dust adhesion and static electricity sparks are not desirable, and many tapes are antistatic.
