Graphene

It has a honeycomb structure of carbon atoms bonded in a hexagonal shape. It is a thickness of only one carbon atom (about 0.33 nm).
The discoverers, Dr. AndreGei and Dr. KonstantinNovosel, were awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 2010.
